Jeffery W. Barnes passed away on April 1st at 945am. The cause was heart failure. Jeff passed away peacefully in his sleep in Okinawa Japan with his beautiful wife Mizuki Barnes by his side.

On Wednesday April 2nd 2024 a memorial service was held for Jeff at his home in Okinawa Japan. There were pictures and many friends attended. Jeff’s wishes were to be cremated and remain with his wife Mizuki Barnes in Okinawa Japan. Eventually laid to rest by Mizuki in Tulsa Oklahoma near his mother Sarrah Barnes.

Jeff is survived by his Mother Sarrah Barnes, daughters Julia Flashner ,Jessica Zumwalde, and brother Brother Ric Barnes, Warren Keith (Neb)
